Prices quoted are in Philippine Peso (₱), VAT INCLUSIVE.
This proposal is valid for five (5) days from the date of this quotation.
Any additional components, accessories, installation works, or services not stated in this proposal may be covered under a separate proposal or quotation.
Please confirm stock availability before issuing a Purchase Order (PO).
B. Payment Terms
30 Days (Check must be made and payable to Jonecotech Marketing Corp.) For bank-to-bank deposit, kindly email machine validated deposit slip for verification before item/s will be released.
C. Delivery
3 to 5 business days from receipt of PO if items are in stock.
30 to 45 working days from receipt of PO for items ordered on a special basis.
Price quoted above excludes installation and Services.
D. Installation / Termination
If the customer requests cancellation or termination prior to any execution of activities, Jonecotech Marketing Corp. will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total payment.
Order-basis items are non-cancellable.
E. Liability
Jonecotech Tech will not be liable to any kind of penalty due to stock shortage, product transition, shipment delays and/or work stoppage.
